Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing your store team with assistance from the deputy store manager
• Maintaining store appearance, overseeing ordering processes, implementing presentation guidelines, and managing daily operational tasks
• Handling personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Recruiting new team members to build your store team
• Collaborating closely with regional management to review store performance and development strategies

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; experience in a similar retail leadership role is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over five days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
