Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Oversee the store's appearance, manage the ordering processes, ensure presentation standards, and handle daily operational tasks
• Assume personnel responsibilities including scheduling work shifts and fostering employee growth
• Recruit new team members to strengthen your store staff
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and develop your store

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completed vocational training; ideally experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability for a 40-hour work week over five working days, including frequent evening and weekend shifts
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores located in Germany
