Key Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team, supported by the deputy branch manager
• Manage store appearance, order processing, compliance with presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Oversee personnel management, including scheduling and promoting employee growth
• Recruit and develop the branch team
• Coordinate regularly with regional management to review results and store development

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a comparable retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop the team through feedback
• Availability for 40 working hours per week, five days weekly, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to complete an 8-week induction in one of the German trainer stores
