Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with assistance from the deputy store manager
• Own the store's appearance including ordering, implementation of presentation guidelines, and daily operations
• Manage personnel duties such as scheduling and fostering employee development
• Recruit team members to build your store staff
• Collaborate with regional management to review results and develop store strategies

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; prior experience in a similar retail management position is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and provide feedback to your team
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekends and evening shifts
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week trainingProgram at one of our designated trainer stores in Germany
