Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team with support from the deputy manager
• Oversee store appearance including ordering, implementation of presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel management tasks such as duty roster preparation and staff development
• Recruit new team members to build a competent store workforce
• Coordinate with regional management to discuss results and drive store development

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completed vocational training; experience in a similar retail leadership role preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate the team and foster growth through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly across 5 days, including regular evening and weekend shifts
• Commitment to participate in an 8-week training in one of the company's trainer stores across Germany
