Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Maintain store appearance and operations, including order processing and adherence to presentation standards
• Oversee staffing responsibilities such as creating work schedules and promoting employee growth
• Carry out recruiting to build your store team
• Liaise with regional management to discuss performance results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility awareness
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop the store team through feedback
• Availability of 40 hours per week, across 5 days including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding program at a designated training store in Germany
