Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Field Relationship Manager (FRM) PIA Auditor to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position requires traveling to various locations to perform on-site audits of work conducted by FRMs, ensuring they follow company standards and guidelines. The role demands strong analytical skills, effective time management, and independent working capability. It offers a dynamic field-based environment focused on enhancing operational performance through comprehensive auditing and detailed reporting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site audits by visiting FRMs and customers as per business needs, reviewing FRM Process Improvement Adherence (PIA) activities to confirm compliance with established rules.
- Collaborate closely with FRMs to comprehend client requirements, resolve issues, deliver feedback, and support operational improvements during field visits.
- Gather necessary information, observations, and data during audits, compiling thorough reports that detail audit results, identify any deviations, and suggest areas for enhancement, submitting them promptly in the prescribed format.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout all audits and interactions, ensuring consistency and accuracy in documented audit records.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary between ₹18,500 and ₹19,000.
- Daily petrol allowance of ₹100.
- Additional incentives up to ₹1,500.
