About the Role
Culligan Ireland is a specialist provider of residential water treatment solutions, including filtration, reverse osmosis, and water softening systems. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis with a six-month probation period. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on various water treatment systems such as filtration, softening, and purification units
- Identify and fix basic faults and issues affecting equipment performance
- Deliver technical support and operational advice to customers regarding water treatment systems
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies diligently
- Keep thorough records of completed work and materials used
- Work closely with internal teams for scheduling and coordinating installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as an Engineer or Plumber, ideally with exposure to water treatment
- Preferably knowledgeable about water treatment technologies, although full training will be provided
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Capable of working independently and efficiently
- High attention to detail with commitment to quality output
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a valid driver’s license
