Role Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Perform maintenance and repairs on water filtration, softening, and purification systems.
• Identify and solve basic technical faults in water treatment equipment.
• Offer customers technical advice and assistance related to system use and upkeep.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep detailed reports on tasks completed and materials consumed.
• Work collaboratively with teams to arrange installations, repairs, and routine maintenance.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in engineering or plumbing roles, preferably connected to water treatment.
• Basic technical understanding of water treatment systems; comprehensive training provided.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Capable of working autonomously with efficiency.
• High attention to detail with dedication to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold a valid driving license.
