About the Role
PrepayPower is offering a full-time Field Sales Representative position based in Waterford, focusing on door-to-door sales in the residential sector. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits targeting residential customers and property owners with emphasis on achieving high conversion rates.
- Promote and sell Yuno Energy's products and services effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Apply strategic sales tactics to enhance customer engagement and close deals successfully.
- Handle customer objections to secure sales efficiently.
- Keep precise records of leads, interactions, and outcomes using CRM software.
- Refine selling methods continuously through feedback and market insights.
- Represent the company professionally with enthusiasm and a positive demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of €32,000, flexible based on experience, plus potential on-target earnings of up to €15,000, aggregating to €50,000 in the first year.
- €2,000 sign-on bonus post probation period.
- Daily lunch allowance of €8 (up to €2,000 annually).
