About the Role
FreechargeBiz is looking to recruit energetic and result-driven Field Sales Officers stationed at KR Nagar/Bherya locations. This full-time position requires direct customer interaction to expand our client base and promote financial products including business loans, loan against property (LAP), current accounts, and QR code solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new clients through lead generation and onboarding activities in the field.
- Market and sell financial offerings such as LAP, business loans, current accounts, and QR code payment solutions.
- Foster and uphold robust relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet designated monthly sales targets and adhere to performance standards.
- Perform regular field visits and maintain follow-up communications.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th standard pass or higher.
- Prior experience in lending or loan sales, specifically related to LAP, business loans, current accounts, or QR code payments.
- Fluent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Age between 18 and 38 years.
- Male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle (bike) and a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Commitment to working in field sales environments.
Salary and Benefits
- Fixed monthly remuneration ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
- Additional performance-based incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹6,000 per month.
