Job Overview
Freecharge Payment Technologies Private Limited is seeking motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executives for their FreechargeBiz division located in Salem, Tamil Nadu. This full-time position involves driving business expansion by generating leads, onboarding new clients, and promoting financial products such as business loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Primary Responsibilities
- Source and onboard prospective customers through active field engagement.
- Promote and sell a variety of financial offerings, including LAP, Business Loans, Current Accounts, and QR Code payment solutions.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients to foster business growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Regularly conduct field visits and follow up with potential and existing customers.
Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
- Must have completed at least 10th grade education.
- Prior experience in lending or loan sales specifically involving LAP, Business Loans, Current Accounts, or QR Code services is essential.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is required.
- Applicants should be aged between 18 and 38 years.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Possession of a two-wheeler (motorbike) along with a valid driving license is mandatory due to the field nature of the job.
- Demonstrated willingness to work actively in a field sales capacity.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
