Job Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Executives (XFE) to drive our broadband sales efforts. This role involves direct door-to-door interaction with potential customers to expand our customer base in your assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Visit households in the designated area to connect with prospective customers.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of broadband connections and close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed the monthly sales targets set by the company.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade pass.
- Ownership of a bike is mandatory for field work.
- Familiarity with the use of smartphones is required.
- Fresh graduates with enthusiasm for sales are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly salary of ₹16,000.
- Additional benefits including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and attractive incentives.
