About the Role
Join the core sales team at a leading fintech company as a Field Sales Executive. This role involves actively engaging with local merchants to promote and implement Paytm's payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and meet merchants in local markets to encourage onboarding.
- Set up Paytm QR codes and soundboxes at merchant locations.
- Provide guidance on the effective use of Paytm's digital payment products.
- Develop strong relationships with merchants and offer consistent on-ground assistance.
Candidate Requirements
- Must own an Android smartphone for work-related activities.
- Possession of a bike or scooter along with a valid driving license is essential for field travel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Prior experience in field sales is favorable, though confident freshers are encouraged to apply.
