Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to become part of Paytm's key expansion team. This position is on Paytm's official payroll and involves growing our merchant base by onboarding local shops, retail outlets, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to local markets and retail stores to register new merchants.
- Set up Paytm QR Code displays at merchant points of sale.
- Install and activate Paytm Soundboxes for business owners.
- Provide merchant training on Paytm device usage and offer support to resolve their concerns.
Additional Information
- Earn attractive weekly and monthly performance-based incentives.
- Receive an official offer letter directly from Paytm upon onboarding.
- Employment will be on Paytm's payroll.
Requirements
- Must possess an Android smartphone.
- Should own a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter.
