About the Role
We are urgently seeking a Field Sales Executive to join Paytm's core sales team, directly on the company's payroll. This position is based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and offers a great opportunity to grow your career within one of India's prominent fintech enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with local merchants by visiting markets to onboard them onto Paytm's platform.
- Set up Paytm QR Codes and Soundboxes at merchant locations.
- Provide comprehensive guidance to merchants on utilizing Paytm's suite of products effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong, supportive relationships with merchants through consistent on-ground assistance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess an Android smartphone.
- Own a bike or scooter along with a valid driving license for field mobility.
- Good communication abilities and effective customer interaction skills.
- Prior experience in field sales is preferable; however, confident freshers are encouraged to apply.
