About the Role
We are seeking driven Field Sales Executives to be a vital part of PhonePe's growth team. This position involves direct employment with PhonePe, focusing primarily on broadening our merchant base by onboarding local shops, retail businesses, and various outlets.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to neighborhood markets and retail stores to bring new merchants onboard.
- Manage product installation by placing PhonePe QR Codes at merchant locations.
- Set up and activate PhonePe Soundbox devices for business operators.
- Maintain merchant relationships by providing device training and addressing user questions or concerns.
Requirements
- Possession of an Android smartphone.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter, required for field visits.
Additional Information
- Compensation includes competitive monthly salary within the range of 17,000 to 27,000 INR.
