Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to become integral members of Paytm's principal growth team. Your primary mission will be to broaden Paytm's merchant network by partnering directly with local shops, retail businesses, and outlets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to local markets and retail stores to recruit new merchants onto the Paytm platform.
- Set up Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to facilitate digital payments.
- Deploy and activate Paytm Soundbox devices for business owners to enhance transaction experience.
- Manage ongoing relationships by educating merchants on device usage and addressing their questions or issues.
Compensation and Benefits
- Receive competitive base salary ranging from INR 16,000 to INR 30,000 per month.
- Earn substantial weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses as incentives.
- Official onboarding process with direct offer letter and full payroll integration by Paytm.
Candidate Requirements
- Ownership of an Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle, such as a bike or scooter, is required for travel to merchant sites.
