Field Sales Executive

About the Role

BatterySmart is urgently seeking Field Sales Executives to join their growing team in multiple locations across India. The company operates in the electric vehicles sector, specializing in battery rentals for e-rickshaws. Successful candidates will play a critical role in promoting and selling EV batteries through a rental model and facilitating e-rickshaw attachments and registrations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Market and sell electric vehicle batteries on a rental basis.
• Manage the attachment and registration process for e-rickshaws using the batteries.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with local e-rickshaw drivers to encourage product adoption.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals to maximize incentive earnings.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education level: completion of 12th standard.
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or on-ground marketing roles.
• Possession of a personal bike and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and convince prospective customers.

Additional Information

• Offered salary is up to ₹24,000 CTC per month plus incentives ranging from ₹800 to ₹1,000 for each e-rickshaw attachment completed.
• Job locations include a variety of cities such as Patna, Ujjain, Motihari, Bareilly, Fatehpur, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Jahangirpuri, Delhi, Shahjahanpur, Mathura, Reengus, Jaipur, PSK, Noida, Prayagraj, Nagpur, Bulandshahr, Azamgarh, Nalanda, Vaishali, Moradabad, Pilibhit, Barabanki, Sultanpur, Balrampur, Barpeta, Kokrajhar, and a Team Leader position in Barpeta.
