Job description
Position Overview
Netambit Infosource And E Services Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join their team focused on Google Pay Merchant Acquisition in Delhi NCR. This role is a full-time on-field position requiring hands-on engagement with merchants to meet monthly targets and grow the merchant base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new merchants to onboard on Google Pay.
- Facilitate new merchant onboarding processes including KYC and re-KYC procedures.
- Conduct regular merchant visits to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Consistently achieve daily sales targets aligned with monthly goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education of 12th pass or graduation.
- Experience in field sales is advantageous but freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred for effective mobility.
Compensation and Incentives
- Salary structure includes ₹30,000 CTC per month plus performance-based incentives.
- Incentive of ₹100 awarded for every point achieved beyond the 300 points monthly target.
