About the Role
We are seeking an experienced City Manager to join our team in Kolkata, with opportunities in Patna and Ranchi. This leadership position involves managing field operations, driving client acquisition, and leading a sales team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee sales operations within the city.
- Lead and handle a team, leveraging at least 2 years of team management experience.
- Drive B2B sales initiatives and manage field sales activities.
- Generate leads and acquire clients to meet company targets.
- Utilize 4 years of experience in area sales management to optimize performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and field sales.
- At least 2 years of team handling experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an area sales manager.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary package up to ₹6,50,000 per annum.
- Monthly traveling allowance of ₹3,000 to support field activities.
