Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate a designated territory by developing robust relationships with primary decision-makers in assigned accounts.
• Assess customer needs to tailor and suggest logistics solutions that effectively solve their unique supply chain problems.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and securing profitability.
• Strive for growth and increased profit in assigned accounts, surpassing sales targets through strategic and proactive management.
• Continuously monitor client satisfaction, promptly resolving issues to foster enduring loyalty.
• Work closely with internal teams such as operations, customer support, and sales to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Prepare and conduct presentations and proposals that emphasize the benefits of DHL Express services for various business requirements.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor movements to identify and capitalize on new sales prospects, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to function effectively in advisory or consultant capacities with diplomatic conflict resolution skills.
• Strong capability to prioritize, organize, and complete projects within strict deadlines.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% as part of job requirements.
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
• Demonstrated history in facilitation and conveying messages regarding performance coaching or training.
• Experience in delivering training or informational sessions to peers as well as senior leadership.
