Job Summary
PhonePe is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives (FSE) to join our core growth team in Mumbai. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in expanding PhonePe's merchant network by onboarding various local shops, retail outlets, and businesses directly as a salaried employee.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits to local markets and retail stores for merchant acquisition.
- Install PhonePe QR Codes at merchant locations to enable digital payments.
- Set up and activate PhonePe Soundbox devices at business premises.
- Provide merchant training on device usage and address any questions or issues they face.
Incentives and Compensation
- Earn attractive weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses.
- Official onboarding with a direct employment contract from PhonePe.

Requirements
- Possession of an Android smartphone.
- Must have access to a two-wheeler such as a bike or scooter for commuting.
