About the Role
We are urgently seeking motivated Field Sales Executives for BatterySmart to promote and sell electric vehicle (EV) batteries through a rental model. This role focuses on driving E-Rickshaw attachment and registration by building trusting relationships with local E-Rickshaw drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and lease EV batteries to customers under a rental scheme.
- Facilitate the attachment and registration process for E-Rickshaws.
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with E-Rickshaw drivers within the assigned territory.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets to qualify for performance incentives.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade completion.
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or in-person marketing roles.
- Possession of a personal bike along with a valid driving license for travel and client visits.
- Effective communication and persuasive skills to engage customers successfully.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000.
- Additional attractive incentives ranging from ₹800 to ₹1,000 for every E-Rickshaw battery attachment completed.
