About the Role
Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited is actively recruiting energetic and confident professionals to expand their team in the Delhi and Noida regions. The Field Sales Executive acts as a key liaison between clients and the company, responsible for promoting financial insurance products, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads by engaging in field-based customer outreach.
- Interact with potential customers to understand their needs.
- Explain insurance offerings tailored to customer requirements.
- Close deals and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare and update daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum education level of Intermediate (12th pass) or equivalent; graduates encouraged to apply.
- Experience ranging from freshers to five years; previous sales or customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening.
- Proven abilities in persuasion, negotiation, and managing customer relationships.
- Attributes such as quick learning capability, result-driven mindset, self-motivation, and teamwork orientation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time permanent role with an annual pay between INR 300,000 and 450,000, variable by experience and performance.
