Job Overview
The role of Relationship Manager involves direct interaction with customers to assess their insurance requirements, recommend appropriate insurance products, and assist them in making sound financial choices. This position requires engaging in consultative selling, relationship cultivation, and managing field operations effectively.
Role Requirements and Expectations
- Work schedule includes a six-day week with one designated weekly off from Monday to Friday; weekends are not off.
- Daily field travel is expected to cover approximately 50 to 100 kilometers within the designated area.
- A minimum of three successful customer engagements per day, contingent on lead availability, is anticipated.
- Possession of a valid driving license and preferably access to a two-wheeler for efficient mobility in the field.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, GPS navigation, and other company-provided technology tools.
