Job Overview
PhonePe is looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives to become part of its vital growth squad. This role involves direct employment with PhonePe, focusing on expanding the merchant base by onboarding various local businesses, shops, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-ground visits to local retail environments to recruit and onboard new merchants.
- Set up PhonePe QR Codes strategically at merchant locations.
- Install and activate PhonePe Soundboxes for business owners to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships by equipping merchants with knowledge on device operations and addressing their inquiries.
Requirements
- Must possess an Android smartphone.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter is mandatory for commuting.
Additional Details
- Compensation includes a monthly salary ranging between ₹17,000 to ₹27,000.
- Apart from base pay, attractive weekly and monthly performance-based incentives are awarded.
- Selected candidates will receive an official employment offer letter directly from PhonePe and will be on its payroll.
