Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you will join a dynamic team focused on onboarding new leads and customers, educating them about FR8’s services. The role involves travel to engage with truck owners, analyzing truck details, registering them on the FR8 app, and maintaining strong relationships through follow-ups to encourage repeat business and referrals. Close coordination with senior officials to understand sales targets and collaborate with team members is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new customers, elaborating on FR8's product and services.
• Conduct sales activities involving travel to client locations.
• Assess truck specifications and register them accurately in the FR8 platform.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to foster loyalty and generate referrals.
• Coordinate with senior management to align on targets and support the sales team.

Skills and Experience Required

• Must own and operate a two-wheeler vehicle for efficient travel.
• Excellent negotiation and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Age preference is below 32 years.

Additional Information

Compensation ranges from INR 18,000 to 27,000 per month. This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and requires onsite presence.
