Job Summary
PhonePe is looking to recruit driven Field Sales Executives to join their primary growth team. This paid role involves working directly on the company's payroll to broaden PhonePe's merchant network by onboarding shops, retail outlets, and businesses in local markets.
Responsibilities
- Engage in direct merchant onboarding by visiting local markets and retail stores.
- Install PhonePe QR Codes at merchant locations to facilitate digital payments.
- Set up and activate PhonePe Soundboxes for business owners to enhance payment acceptance.
- Manage relationships by providing training to merchants on device usage and addressing their inquiries.
Requirements
- Must possess an Android smartphone to manage work tasks and communication.
- Must own a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter to efficiently travel to merchant locations.
Additional Information
- Compensation includes a salary range of 17,000 to 27,000 INR monthly.
- Generous weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses are offered as incentives.
- Successful candidates receive an official offer letter directly from PhonePe and are on the company's payroll.
