About the Role
Swiggy is seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Field Recruiter to handle large-scale recruitment efforts directly in the field for delivery executives. This role involves active engagement in on-ground sourcing activities to attract and onboard delivery riders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person sourcing by traveling through designated local areas like transit points, commercial locations, and community centers.
- Identify and engage prospective candidates via visits to markets, interaction with local vendors, and networking within communities.
- Pitch opportunities and ensure smooth onboarding of delivery riders.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between INR 20,000 and INR 30,000.
