Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Recruiter specializing in the logistics sector based in Bangalore (Koramangala) with 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and hire delivery executives, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
- Organize and execute recruitment drives and field visits to source candidates.
- Manage candidate screening and facilitate interview scheduling.
- Handle documentation and onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Achieve hiring and joining targets on a daily and weekly basis.
- Compile and maintain reports related to recruitment activities and candidate status.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Operations departments.
Qualification and Skills
- Graduate or Diploma holder is preferred.
- Prior experience recruiting in logistics or e-commerce sectors is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills are essential.
- Preparedness to travel locally and operate effectively in a target-focused work environment.
