Role Overview

As the Field Marketing Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you will be responsible for creating and executing a regional marketing strategy across key APAC markets. You will collaborate closely with sales, demand generation, and operations teams to implement impactful field marketing programs that foster pipeline growth, enhance customer relationships, and elevate brand presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement regional field marketing plans and event strategies that align with annual and quarterly revenue objectives.
  • Organize and execute a variety of events, from intimate executive gatherings to large-scale industry activations within APAC, collaborating with Sales and Global Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with Partners and Partner Marketing to drive joint programs that foster partner engagement and boost co-selling opportunities.
  • Support Sales and SDR teams in maximizing the effectiveness of key events through consistent messaging, coordinated outreach, and thorough follow-up.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation and Revenue Operations to enhance event promotion, streamline lead flow, and report results.
  • Monitor and analyze event outcomes to continuously refine pipeline contribution and return on investment (ROI).

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of field marketing experience within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strong partnerships with Sales, SDRs, and Partner teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Creative and strategic mindset capable of designing distinctive and memorable event experiences.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial but not essential.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to tailor messaging and programs to diverse Asian markets as necessary.
  • Willingness to undertake regional travel for events and partner engagements.
