Role Description
As a Field Inspector/Appointment Setter, you will canvass residential neighborhoods, engage homeowners directly, perform basic visual inspections from ground level (no climbing), and schedule appointments for our in-home inspection team. This job suits individuals with customer service, retail, or hospitality experience aiming for a higher-income career path. It is a door-to-door, outdoors role that emphasizes strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Walk assigned residential areas to identify homes qualifying for free roof inspections
- Engage homeowners face-to-face and describe our inspection service
- Conduct ground-level visual assessment of roofs
- Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners
- Maintain an active, outdoor work routine
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates have backgrounds in retail, warehouse, bartending, serving, administrative assistance, receptionist duties, hotel, hospitality, or customer service. Selling or roof climbing is not part of this role.
Compensation and Schedule
- Full-time W-2 employment
- Hourly wage plus commission and performance bonuses
- Average first-year earnings range from $40,000 to $70,000+
- Work hours Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- No overnight travel; team transportation provided from our office

- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the office
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during scheduled hours

Minimum education
Higher Secondary (Class 12)
