Role Overview

The Field Inspector / Appointment Setter position involves canvassing residential neighborhoods to identify properties that may qualify for a complimentary roof inspection. This is a full-time, W-2 position where employees perform ground-level visual assessments while engaging homeowners face-to-face to explain the free roof inspection service and schedule formal inspection appointments for the in-home inspection team. This non-sales, non-roof-climbing role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, or warehouse positions seeking a higher-earning career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate assigned neighborhoods on foot to approach homeowners

Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting to the office
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week between 9am and 7pm, Monday through Saturday
