Job description
Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Field Executive to support Uber's cab driver onboarding process. This full-time role involves engaging with cab drivers in various high-traffic locations, assisting them from registration to completing their first trip on the Uber platform.
Responsibilities
- Visit key spots such as taxi hubs, cab stands, airports, railway stations, and other busy areas to connect with cab drivers.
- Communicate the advantages of driving with Uber, including potential daily earnings, schedule flexibility, and platform benefits.
- Support drivers in uploading and verifying necessary documentation like Driving License, Registration Certificate, and Vehicle Insurance.
- Guide and support drivers thoroughly until they successfully complete their first trip using the Uber app.
- Engage with former or inactive drivers to facilitate their return to the platform and help them resume driving trips.
