Job Overview
We seek motivated field technicians to handle on-site installation and configuration of routers at various customer locations. This role involves traveling to designated addresses, setting up network hardware, and ensuring seamless connectivity along with customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out router installations and configurations directly at customer sites.
- Conduct preliminary troubleshooting and verify network connectivity.
- Attend assigned locations according to planned schedules.
- Record installation progress and status updates using a mobile application or through a designated reporting tool.
- Complete all allocated installation tasks within the stipulated time frames.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants should have ITI, Diploma, or a comparable qualification, although freshers with router installation skills are welcome.
- Fundamental understanding of networking, electrical systems, telecom, broadband, DTH, CCTV, or device setup is desirable.
- Ownership of a smartphone is mandatory.
- Candidate must possess a two-wheeler for commuting purposes.
- Excellent communication abilities and competent in managing customer interactions.
