Job description
Role Summary
As a Field Collection Executive, you will be responsible for verifying insurance claims by conducting thorough investigations and documenting findings. This role entails direct interaction with hospitals and other claim stakeholders to gather required records and scrutinize claim authenticity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations into insurance claims to verify their legitimacy as assigned by management.
- Collect statements and relevant records from insured individuals and hospitals involved.
- Perform neighborhood and vicinity checks to obtain evidence of potential fraud.
- Engage with all relevant parties related to a claim to acquire and confirm the necessary documentation.
- Execute additional field-related tasks as instructed by the Team Manager.
Additional Information
This position requires on-field presence primarily in the Delhi-NCR region. Regular coordination with various stakeholders and adherence to company protocols are expected.
Compensation Details
The monthly salary range offered for this position is between INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
