Job Overview
This role focuses on conducting thorough investigations into insurance claims to verify their authenticity. You will be visiting hospitals to obtain insured statements and medical records, performing detailed local checks, and gathering any evidence related to fraudulent activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct authenticity checks on assigned insurance claims.
- Obtain insured statements and related documents from hospitals involved.
- Perform on-site proximity and neighborhood inspections to collect relevant fraud evidence.
- Engage with all claim stakeholders to gather and authenticate necessary papers.
- Execute additional field tasks as directed by the Team Manager.
