Field Activity Facilitator Internship (Pan India)

Overview

Join Marpu Foundation as a Field Activity Facilitator intern, where you will apply your expertise in communication, leadership, and event management to engage participants effectively and deliver community-focused events. This part-time role involves working onsite across multiple Indian cities including Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The position supports the organization’s mission to empower youth globally through impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging activities and events consistent with the foundation’s goals and core values.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with participants, volunteers, and other stakeholders to coordinate event tasks seamlessly.
• Exhibit leadership by motivating and guiding team members throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Efficiently manage logistics and resources to ensure smooth and successful events.
• Deliver compelling presentations tailored for varied audiences, utilizing presentation skills to maximize engagement.
• Assess program success by gathering feedback and performing thorough analysis to drive continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to generate innovative ideas and strengthen the foundation’s program impact.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a one-month part-time internship starting immediately between September 11 and October 16, 2026. Ideal candidates possess relevant skills in coordination, communication, event and team management, and leadership, along with enthusiasm for community service and youth empowerment.

Additional Information

This role provides flexible working hours and offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 2,500 to INR 6,000. There are 100 openings available across the indicated locations, allowing a wide range of candidates to contribute actively to the foundation’s community impact objectives.
