About the Internship
Are you someone who naturally draws attention and enjoys leading events? Marpu Foundation invites passionate and energetic individuals to become the voice and face of our volunteer community through this internship. You will have the opportunity to develop a strong personal presence while contributing positively to society.
Key Responsibilities
- Host and anchor both virtual and physical events, including webinars and volunteer gatherings.
- Serve as an engaging Master of Ceremonies (MC) who initiates activities and creates enthusiasm among participants.
- Introduce speakers, conduct ice-breaker sessions, and maintain high energy throughout events.
- Lead group discussions ensuring inclusive participation from all attendees.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess confidence and clarity in communication with a passion for public speaking.
- Have access to a smartphone along with stable internet connectivity.
- No prior experience is necessary, but a strong desire to lead and motivate others is essential.
Stipend Details
This role offers a monthly earning potential ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹25,000. The compensation is performance-based with a fixed portion of ₹1,000 to ₹12,500 and incentives ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹12,500 per month.
