Job Overview

Reliance Jio is actively seeking candidates to fill the role of Jio Fiber Engineer - IT, specifically for Dunlop and Rajarhat locations. This position requires handling the installation and customer service of Jio GigaFibre solutions to deliver excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation of Jio GigaFibre services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Facilitate onboarding of new clients to Jio Fiber services.
• Identify customer needs to suggest advanced and appropriate solutions.

Terms and Conditions

• Before joining, candidates must submit a declaration agreeing to purchase a specified tool kit independently.
• After six months, performance assessments will determine eligibility to upgrade from JFE-IT to JFE role.
• Training and certification aligned with JFE job requirements are mandatory.
• The tool kit must be purchased by the candidate; reimbursement up to INR 6,000 is offered.
• Reimbursement will be distributed in installments: INR 4,000 with the first salary, followed by INR 1,000 each in the next two months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational qualification: ITI or Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic).
• Experience ranging from 6 months to 2 years.
• Age between 18 to 25 years.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle.
• Must have a 5G-enabled smartphone and be tech-savvy.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays; weekly off provided between Monday and Friday.
• Local resident (son of soil).
• Valid Indian identification: PAN card or Aadhaar card.
• Must pass police verification.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from INR 9,000 to INR 15,000.
