Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fence Installer for our Cookeville, Tennessee location. Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation of chain link fences at various residential and commercial locations.
• Accurately interpret and utilize tape measures during assignments.
• Operate machinery including skid steers and augers to prepare sites for fence installation.
• Employ hand tools and equipment effectively to complete fencing projects.
• Handle loading, unloading, and relocation of materials safely across job sites.
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain an orderly environment throughout tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in construction, fencing, or related outdoor manual labor is preferred.
• Proficient in precise use of a tape measure.
• Ability to operate skid steer equipment and augers is advantageous.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Strong focus on detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance with a consistent work record.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Hourly wage of $16.00.
• Primarily first shift work hours.
