Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks throughout apartment complexes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally.
• Prepare apartments for incoming tenants by performing make-ready repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in apartment maintenance is mandatory.
• Proficient knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is preferred.
• Dependable attendance record and a strong work ethic.

Compensation and Schedule

The hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 depending on experience.
Work schedule is full-time during the day shift.
