Job description

Role Summary

Join our compensation team as a vital contributor responsible for developing, updating, and managing international compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent across global operations. Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to ensure compensation initiatives align with business goals, comply with local laws, and remain competitive worldwide. This role offers the chance to influence our global workforce and support ongoing international growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute competitive base pay frameworks, incentive plans, and allowances.
  • Research and benchmark global compensation trends by engaging in international salary surveys and market analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations related to compensation in each operating country.
  • Provide expert advice on global compensation issues to HR teams, managers, and employees.
  • Develop and update clear policies and procedures for international compensation.
  • Conduct job assessments to establish appropriate salary grades and ranges based on market data and internal fairness.
  • Support annual compensation planning through data analysis and recommendations on salary adjustments and bonuses.
  • Create communication materials to effectively explain compensation programs to stakeholders.
  • Prepare analytical reports to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities in compensation data.

Working Hours

12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST, with a 2-hour overlap with Brazil time zones.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 4 years of advancing experience specializing in international compensation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of global pay practices including base salary, incentives, and benefits across regions.
  • Proven skills in international market research, job evaluation, and salary structure creation.
  • Good knowledge of international labor regulations influencing compensation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic multinational context.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability toward diverse work practices globally.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise using HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (7+ years experience).
