Experience and Skills Required
- At least one year of relevant experience is necessary, preferably including knowledge of automotive repair.
- Proficiency in writing estimates either through direct inspection or photo-based assessments is essential.
- Familiarity with basic terminology related to the field.
- Experience in body shop operations or possession of ICAR certifications/classes is advantageous.
- Expertise with industry-standard estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, and Audatex for creating insurance estimates.
- Understanding of total loss evaluations using platforms like CCC ONE, Mitchell, and Audatex.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving procedures and technologies.
- Good command of English in both oral and written forms.
Shift Timings and Experience
The position requires working hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. Candidates should have between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in relevant roles.
