CCTV Support Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Support Engineer responsible for the installation, setup, and maintenance of CCTV and associated IT systems including VMS, NVR/DVR, and networking components. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and configuration expertise across various hardware and software used in surveillance and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV cameras and systems.
• Set up Video Management Systems (VMS) and configure corresponding NVR/DVR devices.
• Manage IP addressing schemes and configure network switches to ensure connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV and networking infrastructure.
• Install and configure Access Control Systems, including controllers, readers, and biometric devices.
• Set up and maintain boom barrier installations and integrate home automation systems.
• Conduct commissioning and technical troubleshooting for all implemented systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience working with CCTV, Video Management Systems, NVR/DVR units, and IP cameras.
• Knowledge of server management, networking (LAN/WAN), switching, and Power over Ethernet (PoE).
• Familiarity with Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) networks and IP speaker systems.
• Technical aptitude for handling access control installations and biometric devices.
• Minimum educational qualification: Any Graduation, Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).

Work Schedule

The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
