CCTV Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technician with 1 to 3 years of experience specializing in CCTV, access control, PA and fire alarm systems to join our team located at Ahmedabad Airport. The candidate will handle installation, maintenance, and repairs of varied security systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, access control devices, public address (PA) systems, and fire alarm units.
• Identify and resolve technical faults and issues across these systems efficiently.
• Conduct routine system maintenance to prevent malfunctions.
• Collaborate with customers to guarantee proper installation and functioning of security systems.
• Install and set up relevant hardware and software components.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all service activities performed.
• Support the sales team by offering technical expertise and guidance related to security system installations.
• Ensure professionalism and high-quality customer service at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with CCTV, access control, PA, and fire alarm systems.
• Hold an ITI, Diploma, or certification in Electronics, Telecommunications, or an allied technical discipline.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of relevant security hardware and software platforms.
• Familiarity with IP-based security systems is advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication alongside interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and willingness to travel as necessary.
• Valid driver's license and possession of personal transport are required.
