F&B Service Expert

Position Summary

This role goes beyond simply serving food; it focuses on creating memorable experiences for guests through attentive service. The F&B Service Expert is responsible for tasks such as table setting, liaising with the kitchen, engaging with guests, serving meals, and tidying work areas. The aim is to integrate the transaction into a seamless guest experience.

Job Responsibilities and Working Conditions

Guest Service Experts must maintain a safe working environment while adhering to all company policies and quality standards. They must present themselves professionally through attire, grooming, and communication. The role involves being physically active—standing, sitting, walking for long periods on various surfaces—as well as handling objects up to 25 pounds alone and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Physical activities include bending, twisting, pulling, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Experience: Less than one year of related work background.
• Supervisory experience: Not required.
• Certification: None necessary.
