F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

This role is focused on crafting exceptional dining experiences by delivering more than just food and drink. As a Guest Service Expert, you will proactively provide a variety of services that ensure guests have an enjoyable meal experience. Duties include setting tables, coordinating effectively with the kitchen, engaging and serving guests attentively, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas and supplies. This role requires a hands-on approach to various physical tasks and ongoing communication to enrich the guest's visit.

Job Details and Physical Requirements

Success in this position depends on maintaining a safe workspace, adhering to company policies, upholding high-quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The role involves standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods over different surfaces, as well as moving and handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds unaided or 50 pounds with assistance. Tasks include reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum educational qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D). Candidates are expected to have less than one year of related work experience and no supervisory responsibilities. There is no requirement for any licenses or certifications for this role.
