Position Overview

Join Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate to enhance your retail and customer service expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and stocking fashion merchandise while maintaining high standards for product presentation, including modular displays and signage, within a secure and orderly environment. Collaboration with team members to plan and execute daily and seasonal merchandising tasks is essential.

Key Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting with product/service promotions, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, resolving customer concerns, and escalating issues appropriately.
• Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are safely secured.
• Handle the stocking and processing of all fashion merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion products appropriately.
• Ensure proper fixtures and supplies are utilized and promptly replaced when needed.
• Apply correct signage in accordance with modular guidelines.
• Timely replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise according to schedule.

Additional Information

The starting pay rate for this position is $16.15 per hour.

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
